Curious about what goes on in the mornings in our Mysore Room? Have you been wanting to try it, but unsure of what to do, and how to start? Mysore is considered by many to be the most effective and gratifying ways to learn and develop one’s personal yoga practice and sustain it over the long term.
Join us for this workshop, designed to familiarize yourself about what to expect, and how to prepare yourself for morning Mysore style Ashtanga yoga.
We will briefly explore the background, lineage and history of this very empowering traditional practice. We will walk through the poses and sequence of the Primary Series and see how one can gradually progress through the entire sequence with a regular daily practice. WORKSHOP FEE INCLUDES 1 MONTH OF DAILY MYSORE PRACTICE AT OUR STUDIO to help ease yourself into the practice and directly experience its benefits first-hand. At least 2-3x/week Mysore classes recommended.
After this workshop, you will know the basic etiquette and guidelines for practicing at any Mysore class anywhere it is offered, regardless of your level of experience.
