Candlelight Vinyasa Flow

This class is taught by:

Brandon Filipowicz

Brandon Filipowicz first studied Yoga at the South West Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona at the 200 hour level under Master Teacher Laura McKinzie. However, his thirst for wisdom was not satisfied and shortly after he set off for India in search of truth, and Yoga. He spent 10 months wandering around India in search of healing and wisdom, encountering many Spiritual Masters from various traditions along the way. He completed his Certification in Yogic Therapy at the Yoga Vidya Dham in Nasik, India as well as completing a Course in Bhagavad Gita Philosophy. He has recently returned with the goal in his heart of selflessly sharing the wisdom and love he had attained from his wanderings to all. He uses his knowledge of Yoga Therapy and philosophy in his classes to ensure that strain is always avoided, and maximum healing takes place physically and mentally. "Serve,Love,Give."

Reena Kushwah

Reena’s first exposure to Yoga was since childhood, a part of daily curriculum at primary school in India. But it took almost 3 decades to completely grasp its impact and importance. Working in the corporate world for over a decade, after two kids and a full time job, Yoga came as a miraculous cure to all her health and stress problems. Reena started teaching yoga in her neighborhood voluntarily since 2015 and soon after obtained her 200-hr certification. She then traveled to Mysore India to further deepen her roots, specifically in the Bhakti tradition, completing a certified course in Ashtanga Yoga, Chanting and Pranayama with the renowned Mr. BNS Iyengar. Her love of chanting, a deeply heart-opening practice, and the devotional part of yoga has allowed her to blossom, find her bliss and share this wonderful yoga practice with others.

Angela Arrivo

Angela is a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher currently living in the Bay Area. Starting her Yoga journey in 2013, she quickly became intrigued with Yoga as a philosophy and as a way of life. Since then she has relocated from her hometown in the south suburbs of Chicago to northern California where she completed her 200-hour RYT with Noell Clark. Angela's practice started as a desire for knowledge and has since grown into a passion for what she calls "giving the best gift you can give to yourself: Yoga". Off the mat, you can find Angela indulging in a stack of books, advocating her beliefs on a plant-based diet, or finding equanimity in nature & sunshine.
Come unwind from your day, and wind down your evening with dim lights/candles, soft music, good vibes, and a blissful flow class. This class will build strength and stamina while cultivating mindful awareness with movement. It is suitable for all levels, but be prepared for a challenge! (Note: Remember to notify the instructor if you are new to yoga or have any pain/injury. Stay mindful of your breath and body at all times, to get the best experience from your class.
