Stephanie Bay

A small-town girl born and raised in the deserts of Utah; Stephanie had nothing more than an open heart, a tiny Buddha statue and a dream. Today she is proud to have traveled to other parts of the world; living, growing, and doing yoga. Through her yoga classes, she helps people of all ages dream big and support it with moving freely to create results. Stephanie completed her 200 Hr teacher training with Noell Clark weeks before moving with her little family to Dublin, Ireland for 5 months. While there she did her 27 Hr kids yoga training with Lesley Carney through Rainbow Kids Yoga. In Dublin she taught private yoga sessions to adults, and really enjoyed the experience. Stephanie loves to learn and share knowledge with others. Her patience and her ability to see the good in those around her creates a nurturing environment for growth. She really found her niche teaching kids, where she gets to dance, laugh and play while doing poses…she believes everyone should try it, its incredible!

Stephanie Bay instructs the following:
  • Kids Yoga - $10/child
  • Our kids yoga classes are tons of fun so kids are excited to practice yoga! Children learn through play so the yoga postures (asanas) are often delivered through games and fun. This way children are excited to receive all of the amazing benefits of yoga like learning techniques for self-health, relaxation and inner fulfillment. Making it easier for them to navigate life’s challenges with more ease. Learning yoga at a young age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that is noncompetitive. There are two gifts we should give our children: one is roots, the other is wings.

All kids 4-10 are welcome. There is no yoga experience or flexibility required. Please have them wear clothes they can move around in.
