Justina began her journey into the world of yoga 15+ years ago. Initially, it began as time with friends and a new adventure as time went on it became a way to improve her life both physically and mentally. Her passion for yoga grew by her personal experience when yoga helped heal her heart, literally. With medical setbacks and continuing
recovery, yoga remained a constant part of her life. Stepping on to the mat after setbacks helped to teach her that obstacles can be overcome and life can be lived to the fullest. Mending her heart started by the breathe of yoga. The physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga have continued to resonate with her and have become a way of life. Taking the next step she completed a yoga journey 200 hour RYT training under the guidance of Noell Clark. The big dream is to inspire students through yoga helping to improve and enhance each aspect of their life, paying it forward with others who are looking for a path to help find harmony in their heart.
