DOWNTOWN YOGA SHALA COMMUNITY instructs the following:
    The New Year is around the corner... what better time to think about re-setting goals and re-committing to healthy habits. How about a consistent yoga practice supported by healthy nutrition decisions? We can help you get started! You can select a starting date in the month of either December, January or February and commit to 3 consecutive months of yoga thereafter, completing the challenge by April 30th, 2018.
    YOGA CHALLENGE: 20 classes/month, for 3 consecutive months.

    NUTRITION BONUS! Nutrition Sessions 5 Sundays, Jan 7-Feb 4th, 2-3pm. (Note: FREE to all who can commit to attending ALL 5 Sunday sessions). We have teamed up with avid yoga practitioner and long-time DYS member Mukta Gadkari, Advanced Nutrition Consultant student from Bauman College, to support your efforts on the mat with healthy eating.
    Jan 7th - Nutrition Orientation  
    Jan 14th - Eating for Health
    Jan 21st – Exploring Proteins & Fats
    Jan 28th - Colorful Complex Carbs
    Feb 4th - Energy & Weight Management
    What it includes: Lecture and take-home materials; Tips and Motivation; For two lucky participants, a 4-week free 1:1 Nutrition Coaching with Mukta (including assessments, questionnaires, menu plans, recipes, handouts and more!).
    Note: These Nutrition sessions are FREE and open to all DYS members, even those not participating in the 90-Day Challenge, for those who can commit to attending all 5 sessions. No drop-ins.

    The Prize/s: PRIZE for ALL who complete the YOGA Challenge (i.e., 20 classes/month for 3 months): An Additional 1 MONTH OF UNLIMITED YOGA plus an entry in a drawing for the Grand Prize to be drawn on May 1st, 2018. GRAND PRIZE: 1 YEAR UNLIMITED YOGA
    To Participate: Pick up your 3 challenge cards at the DYS front desk. Each card has 20 OMs, each OM represents a day that you attend yoga that month. You MUST sign in every time you come to class for your attendance to be recorded on our system.
    3-Month Yoga Challenge Simple Steps:
    1. Pick up your 3 DYS challenge cards (one for each month).
    2. Start coming to classes and recording your attendance.
    3. Practice 20 days each month.
    4. Turn in each completed card every month to DYS Staff for validation.
    5. After successfully completing the challenge, CONGRATULATIONS! You receive 1 Month Additional Unlimited Yoga AND will be entered for the Grand Prize drawing of a 1-Year Unlimited Membership to be announced on May 1st, 2018.
