Ayurveda
A Holistic Healing Sanctuary
Created to offer members and the community a place of refuge and a time to balance, our Ayurvedic healing sanctuary is here to support you on your journey towards optimal health and well being.
Ayurveda focuses on you as an individual. Your therapy program is highly individualized, from the tea you drink to the sound healing you receive to the type of oil and scents as well as the hand pressure and heat level during your therapeutic treatments.
You are encouraged to spend the time here to discuss your health concerns, receive Ayurvedic guidance and body therapy, lounge around after your treatment and take a yoga class or two while at the Shala.
