Dr. Lisa Lynch, D.C. became interested in chiropractic when it became a compliment to her athletic endeavors in competitive high school and college lacrosse. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2010. Her commitment to providing the highest quality of care is evident in her focus on incorporating treatments specific to the unique needs of the individual. Her post graduate studies led her to specialize in multiple soft tissue modalities which, when incorporated with chiropractic manipulative therapy, provide specific and lasting treatments that help her patients stay active and pain-free. She is certified in Active Release Techniques® as well as Graston Technique, and is a certified RockTape™ practitioner. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, and provides care gentle enough for the youngest and oldest in our community, as well as for those in between. She has had the opportunity to treat track cyclists at the Hellyer Velodrome, and was invited by RockTape™ to be on a team of specialized practitioners providing care to the competitors of the 2014 CrossFit NorCal Regional competition in San Jose, CA. She is also a certified yoga instructor, and utilizes skills from this extensive training in assisting her patients in leading healthier, more active, and injury-free lifestyles.
