We offer several Vinyasa Flow classes, and other styles of yoga such as Dynamic and Deep Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Anusara-Inspired, Iyengar Flow, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Pre-Natal, Yoga for Athletes, AcroYoga, Heated Power Vinyasa, and Beginner Yoga.
