Adarsh Williams

Adarsh Williams (born March 28, 1976) is an internationally known and respected Ashtanga Yoga teacher. After three years living abroad in Mysore, India, Adarsh received Authorization directly from the late Ashtanga master Sri. K Pattabhi Jois in 2004, then upgraded to Level 2 by Paramguru Sharath Jois in 2009.
